On the 20th August 2009 the PARK(ing) Day organisers "walked the talk" we created a PARK for a photoshoot and also recorded exactly how much the PARK cost, time it took set up, take down, organise and lessons learned.

Hi all.
Welcome to the new PARK(ing) Day website.
It's Amy. Myself, Yen, Sonia, Gregor (and some other guests) will be contributing to this blog. We are hoping it will inspire your PARK(ing) contributions!

In 2008 Brisbane was the 3rd largest PARK(ing) city worldwide
In 2009 more Australian cities are following our lead
